1 Lebanese cucumber.
1 med green apple.
1-2 kale leaves plus stalks.
1 inch knob of ginger.
1 of each lemon & lime.
Prepare and juice your fruit and veg as per your juicers preferred method. Pour
into a glass bottle leaving little to no room, tightly seal and
refrigerate until chilled to your liking. Alternatively, consume straight
